Terms of Service — TMCopilot

PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE IN ITS ENTIRETY. BY USING, SUBSCRIBING, OR REGISTERING FOR TMCOPILOT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND SIGNIFY ELECTRONICALLY THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOLLOWING TERMS; (2) YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT; AND (3) YOU AGREE TO ITS TERMS.

Preface

These Terms of Use govern your use of TMCopilot, including all use, submissions and purchases that you make from the services offered at the TMCopilot website. TMCopilot is provided by Huski Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 651 N Broad St, Suite 205, Middletown, Delaware 19709. We may change any term of this Agreement at any time after providing 14 days' notice of such change.

Changes to the Services

We may change or discontinue any offering or feature on TMCopilot at any time and without notice.

Registration

We will open an account for you when you sign up for TMCopilot. You must provide complete and accurate registration information. You represent and warrant that: (1) you have the full power and authority to enter into the Agreement, (2) if registering on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind your employer, and (3) all information that you provide is true and current.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account. You may not use TMCopilot in any way that violates or infringes the rights of others, is unlawful, or violates this Agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential.

License and Permitted Uses

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use TMCopilot and the Content subject to the terms of this Agreement. All Content is licensed and not sold. You may not circumvent any mechanisms for preventing unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the Content.

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay the applicable fees for purchases that you make from us. All charges are nonrefundable. If you subscribe to any service that requires payment, you must provide accurate billing information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide TMCopilot "as is", "with all faults" and "as available." YOUR USE OF TMCOPILOT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES ARE MERCHANTABLE, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, ACCURATE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGING.

Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE TMCOPILOT SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PARTICULAR PURCHASE AT ISSUE.

Termination

We may cancel or suspend your access to TMCopilot at any time, without cause and/or without notice.

Choice of Law

You agree that the laws of the State of Delaware govern this contract. Any disputes will be resolved by a court located in Delaware.
